This system coordinates and regulates everything that goes on in your body! From the sweat on a hot day to the shivers on a cold day to the immune system boost to fight off an infection, it all depends on your nervous system! The famous sciatic nerve that gives many people a pain in the butt (literally) is composed of the same spinal nerves that also carry signals to your bladder, prostate gland, and even your reproductive organs!
