Physical Fitness Classes

If you are looking for a fun and positive place to get a workout we encourage you to join us for our fitness classes! Our personal trainer, Janea, offers zumba classes as well as an 8 week fit camp.

About the classes:

Our ACSM certified personal trainer Janea Hagen-Smith leads all of our fitness classes. She offers a variety of classes including Zumba, a plyometrics class, and a low impact aerobic class. The Zumba is an energetic aerobic exercise filled with Latin-inspired dance moves to get your body moving! The plyometrics class is an aerobic workout focused on increasing your agility and power as well as your cardiovascular fitness. Our low impact class is great for everyone, but especially designed for those with knees, hips, or other joints that don’t handle the higher impact stuff too well. See the details to the right!

The class rates are...

Monthly Unlimited Attendance: $28/month

10 class punch card: $32.00

Individual sessions: $5.00/day

The HCWC fitness class times are...

Mon Zumba Toning ~ 6:00-7:00 pm

Tue Zumba Basic ~ 6:15-7:15 pm

Wed Zumba COMBO ~ 6:45-7:15 pm

Thu Zumba Gold ~ 6:00-6:45 pm | Zumba Blast ~ 6:45-7:15 pm

Sat Ask about my 8 week fit camps!

Please Note: Toning stick are not required for the Zumba Toning or Combo workouts.
