Phase 3: Supportive Care

Image of man jumping in the air. Being Proactive is Key to Healthy Living

Once your body has fully healed and stabilized, routine chiropractic care can help ensure your physical problems do not return and keep your body in optimal condition. Just like continuing an exercise program and eating well in order to sustain the benefits of exercise and proper diet, it is necessary to continue chiropractic care to ensure the health of your musculoskeletal system.

When you make routine chiropractic care a part of your lifestyle, you support the correction made during the first two phases of your care, you avoid many of the aches and pains that so many people suffer through, your joints will stay healthy longer, and you will be able to engage in more of the activities you love.  Typically, an adjustment once per month along with a healthy lifestyle is sufficient to keep your spine and nervous system operating at its best.  Based on your history, health status, and other factors you may need an adjustment more or less than once per month.

If you think about things in your life that you regularly spend your resources on, don't you think being able to function and feel good should rank high on that list?  Supportive chiropractic care can help you do just that!
